Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the department as required, including establishing and maintaining filing systems, creating reports, and drafting correspondence.
  • Analyze data and information, create and run reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, answer phone calls, and distribute incoming mail.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional secretarial experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
