Home Care Assistant

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This may include tasks such as:

• Meal preparation
• Light housework
• Laundry
• Shopping

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential, as travel between client locations is required.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
• Pass a background check
• Provide a letter of reference or certificate from a previous caregiving role
• Be legally authorized to work in Illinois, USA
