Role Summary :
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to understand and articulate complex processes clearly and concisely. This role involves onboarding and training customers on our software, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our system effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, guiding them through our software setup and customization.
- Develop and deliver training materials tailored to different learning styles and needs.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to customers, ensuring they maximize the software’s benefits.
- Gather customer feedback and work closely with our development team to enhance product features.
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Salary : $40,000 - $52,000
