European Tan is seeking PART TIME 12-24 hours per week Sun Spa Sales Consultants to work primarily in our DRAPER, MURRAY AND SLC LOCATION min 2 shifts per week, plus 2 Saturdays and 2 Sunday's out of the month. We require all associates to work weekends. We require all associates to be able to travel to any of our 3 LOCATIONS as needed for coverage in our busy season. Our schedule format is 3 weeks in advance and we provide plenty of notice if an associate would be in more than one location.

COMPENSATION / BASE PAY
Base pay : $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience
Earn an additional $3 - $8 / hour from tips, bonuses, and commissions

SCHEDULE
Part-time : 12-24 hours / week
Shifts : 8 : 45 AM - 3 PM (Open) or 2 : 45 PM - 9 : 15 PM (Close)
Available to work at least 2 SATURDAYS & 2 SUNDAYS PER MONTH
SALES FOCUSED RESPONSIBILITIES :
Promote and sell our Sun-Spray-Spa services and products
Meet monthly sales goals for memberships, products, and services
Educate customers on our Fitzpatrick Skin Typing protocol and tanning process
Create a tailored experience for each customer by recommending the right products and services
OTHER DUTIES :
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the salon
Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally
Maintain a positive work culture of teamwork and communication
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 6-12 months of sales experience
Outgoing, friendly, and customer service oriented
Dependable, with clear and concise communication and team skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during busy seasons (Sept - June)
Salary : $3 - $8
