Your Role: What You’ll Do

✨ Customer Assistance & Team Support

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Assist customers in preparing for their services & answering questions
• Work closely with sales associates to keep the salon running smoothly
• Sell memberships and products
• Must be able to learn about our products and services
• Task Management & Efficiency

• Stay on task and proactive—no standing around!
• Work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment
• Manage small tasks that create a big impact on daily operations

Salon Cleanliness & Organization

• Sanitize and prepare spa & tanning rooms between guests
• Keep the lobby, retail areas, and workstations stocked & organized
• Manage laundry, cleaning supplies, and overall salon upkeep

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

✔️ Reliable & On Time – Our team depends on you!
✔️ Min 1 Year Sales Experience- this is a customer service sales position
✔️ Detail-Oriented & Efficient – You take pride in a clean, organized space
✔️ Friendly & Professional – You love working with people
✔️ Self-Motivated & Hardworking – You stay on task and productive
✔️ Passion for Tanning, Beauty, & Wellness

Schedule & Availability:
Part-Time | Minimum 12- 18 Hours Per Week
Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays per month

• Available Shift Options:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (OPEN) or 2:45 PM - 9:15 PM (CLOSE)
• Friday: 8:45 AM - 2 PM (OPEN) or 1:45 PM - 7:15 PM (CLOSE)
• Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1 PM (OPEN) or 12:45 PM - 5:15 PM (CLOSE)
• Sunday: 9:45 AM - 4:15 PM
