Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Center Manager or a Store Manager to join our team! In this position, you will use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! You'll assist the manager/franchisee in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing sales and personnel, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a someone who can lead with care and integrity, maintain professionalism, be a positive, motivating leader with a passion for beauty, self-care and health. Oh - and of course have fun while being awesome!

Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the center's operational budget
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotions
- Assist with sales and promotions
- Build relationships with vendors
- Ensure all European Wax Center systems and procedures are followed
- Assist with hiring and training staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
- Ensure the center is clean, safe, and well-maintained
You are the right person if:
- You are someone that takes the initiative and wants to see the center and associates grow, with an innate ability to problem solve and work through issues
- Have the ability to build and grow EWC Culture in the work place by assisting in hiring, conducting training, coaching, and implementing and monitoring associate sales and goals
- Posses basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue with previous management experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach and motivate staff
- Strong customer service skills
