Responsibilities:
- Be an expert in our services and educate guests on the process and frequency of waxing.
- Offer savings options by educating guests on our Wax Passes.
- Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment.
- Book and confirm phone and online reservations
- Collect payment from departing guests
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and issues
- Manage flow guests in and out of the center
- Maintain and exceed center and individual sales metrics and goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of team members
- Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
- Prioritize guest service and satisfaction by building a rapport with guests
- Superb customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service, Front Desk Receptionist, or Other Related Fields: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
