The role of a Wax Specialist at EWC involves representing our brand in a professional and consistent manner while upholding our core values. Their primary goal is to educate guests on the benefits and frequency of waxing, perform waxing services, and educate them on proper skin care using our exclusive product portfolio, Strut 365TM. As a licensed skin care specialist, they are responsible for educating guests on how to achieve beautiful skin through our 4 Step to Gorgeous ProcessTM.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible days and hours. A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for EWC is essential. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
