Position Overview

EWC Growth, a leading Franchisee of European Wax Center, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager in the Boston area to lead and inspire a team of managers in a high-performance sales environment!

This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue and profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding guest service aligned with brand standards. The Regional Manager will foster a culture of coaching and support, ensuring that every associate is empowered to succeed.

Position Specifics:

  • Leadership & Coaching:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to drive performance and continuous improvement.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and empowerment at all levels.
  • Sales & Business Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve profitability goals.
    • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
    • Support stores in executing effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Guest Experience & Brand Execution:
    • Ensure every location upholds guest service standards that meet brand expectations.
    • Provide training and support to teams on guest engagement, experience, and satisfaction.
    • Monitor and enhance service standards through coaching and in-store visits.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure consistency in operational execution across all locations.
    • Oversee adherence to company policies, compliance standards, labor and inventory management.
    • Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Culture & Team Development:
    • Create an environment of trust, collaboration, and inclusiveness across all centers.
    • Support center leaders in talent acquisition, associate development, and retention strategies.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture where associates feel valued, supported, and engaged.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 years of multi-unit management experience in a high-volume retail or sales-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, exceed financial targets, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • Experience in executing customer service strategies that enhance the guest experience.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and operational skills.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
  • Ability to travel within your assigned Region

Benefits

  • We are committed to recognizing performance with an annual base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience. Our compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by incentives ranging 15% - 20% of salary, to reward those who achieve goals consistently.
