About the Opportunity
Europerfumes is a leading US distributor of artisanal fragrance brands, founded in 1997. We're passionate about sourcing the best independent brands from around the world and making them available to a wide range of customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales division as a Sales Development Executive, where you'll play a key role in growing our presence in the market. You'll work closely with our Director of Sales to develop strategies that drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years wholesale sales experience specifically in the fashion or beauty categories.
- History of serving independent boutiques and/or one or more of these accounts: Dillard's, Von Maur, Sephora, Nordstrom, and Bluemercury.
- Proven results in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
