About Us

The Role

As Technical Co-Founder / CTO, you'll be instrumental in :

Architecting and building our core AI-powered platform from the ground up
Leading technical strategy and innovation
Building and mentoring a world-class engineering team
Driving product development alongside the founding team
Making key technical decisions that will shape the company's future

Essential Qualifications

Advanced degree (MS / PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field from a top-tier university

3 to 5 years of technology experience, with 2 years in healthcare technology is preferred

Proven expertise in AI / ML, particularly in NLP and predictive analytics

Strong background in building HIPAA-compliant healthcare platforms is preferred

Experience with cloud architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Track record of leading technical teams and driving innovation
