Role Overview

The Director of Fundraising will lead all capital raising initiatives and investor relations, playing a crucial role in securing the company's financial future. This position reports directly to the Founder & CEO and will be instrumental in the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for seed and Series A rounds within given time frame.
• Build and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, and other potential investors.
• Create compelling pitch decks and investor presentations.
• Lead due diligence processes.
• Structure and negotiate investment terms.
• Establish investor relations protocols and communications.
• Collaborate with leadership team on financial modeling and business planning.
• Secure minimum of 9-15 strategic partnerships in first year post-funding.
• Generate partnership-driven revenue or value equivalent to set targets.
• Establish partnership evaluation and management framework.
• Create scalable partnership program structure.
• Monitor fundraising landscape and identify strategic opportunities.
