Enhanced Information Solutions a division of Eurpac Service, Inc. is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Dallas, Texas office!
- SCOPE:
- Detail oriented professional that takes pride in accuracy, excellent computer, data entry and communication skills. Position is responsible to effectively manage assigned client manufactures of Spirits, Wine, & Tobacco military retail order, shipping, billing and collections process.
- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process assigned supplier orders, routing requests, create BOL documents, invoices, collections and claims for assigned client accounts.
- Receive, investigate and respond to assigned clients and Exchange Retail Buying and Replenishment contacts questions on orders, shipments, billing and payments.
- Complete and update detailed order trackers, and shared drive order file copies.
- Research, request any missing documents, past due or short payments.
- Communicate delayed shipments and shortages, shipping and invoice changes.
- Coordinate monthly aging reports, timely completion of research work for past dues/ deductions.
- Research and troubleshoot various systems as needed.
- QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data entry skills with 10-key by touch.
- Telecommunications skills, written and oral.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Advanced use of Adobe PDF and MS Office programs: Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to identify and solve issues.
- Self-starter that welcomes new challenges working both independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in Operations, Administrative Professional, Collections & Logistics.
- WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Client/Manufactures, operations, shipping, accounting and sales.
- Military Trading Partners Exchanges, Logistics, DC's, buyers, accounts payable and receivables.
- EURPAC Marketing, Information Systems, Operations, Accounting and Field Sales.
