Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a curriculum that covers both agriculture and welding, adhering to state and school guidelines.
2. Provide instruction on a wide range of agriculture and welding topics, including safety procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.
3. Prepare students for dual credit opportunities in welding, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.
4. Assess student performance regularly, providing feedback and assistance as needed.
