We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join our team at Eustace High School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to educating students of diverse backgrounds and academic levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum standards.
2. Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
4. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience.
5. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
6. Stay updated with latest teaching methods, educational tools and best practices.
Skills:
1. Excellent command over English language, both written and verbal.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
4. Proficient in using technology as a teaching aid.
5. Strong organizational and planning skills.
Certifications:
The candidate must hold a valid teaching certification. A degree in English or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in teaching English at a high school level will be considered an asset.
