Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher's Aide to join our team at the Child Development Center located within Eustace ISD. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an environment conducive to early childhood learning and development.
Responsibilities:
1.Implement educational activities and lessons.
2. Managing classroom activities and ensuring a safe and clean environment for children.
3. Monitor the development of each child.
4. Complete a lesson plans for the running of the class.
5. Support the social and emotional development of children.
6. Provide assistance with meal times and clean-up.
7. Assist with nap times and other daily activities.
8. Maintain open communication with parents and provide appropriate feedback.
9. Comply with all safety policies and procedures in the work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
- Must possess relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to act as mediator between children.
- Basic understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Proven patience and flexibility with a passion for early-childhood education.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
