Order Entry/Office Assistant - Manufacturing

Eustis Company is a custom manufacturer located in Lynnwood, WA. We are a small, family owned company that has a fun & energetic work environment and are looking for new members to join our team. We are searching for a kind, organized person to assist our Office Manager in the day-to-day tasks in the office workspace as well as providing support for the sales team.

The office assistant will be required to provide overall administrative support to the office manager, Sales Manager and other team members. In this role, you will be responsible for the filing and organization of orders and invoices as well learning basic order entry to assist the sales team. This is a full-time position M-F.

Daily duties include:

- Entering sales orders

- Coordinating with Office manager on essential tasks

- Keeping all paperwork filed and up to date with proper location

- Pulling needed paper work

- Scanning in paperwork into the computer

- Back up for answering phones if busy

- Assisting book keeper with various tasks

Minimum Requirements:

~ Excellent communication and customer service skills

~ Basic Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks & typing skills

~ Must be organized and have a detail oriented eye

Hours are 8:00 -- 4:30 M-F.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
