We have a current opportunity for Technical Support - Welding at our Menomonee Falls facility.
Position Overview
The Technical Support – Welding will provide technical support and maintain a portfolio of welding products that meet the needs and requirements of customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer technical product line related questions from customers and sales team via phone or email
- Help customers and sales team determine the best process and products for specific applications
- Research and test competitive products to create a benchmark against our products.
- Investigate and help quality department to identify the root cause of product/ application complaints
- Assess the welding product needs of customers and market
- Identify new welding products to offer
- Assist the marketing department with the creation of product literature
- Provide customers with welding procedures as requested
- Assist with training of sales team
