Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Global Account Manager with expertise in LEO and GEO satellite connectivity to join our team. This critical role will be instrumental in advancing Eutelsat OneWeb's Connectivity business on a global scale.
As a key contributor to our sales team, the ideal candidate will have a solid background in the satellite industry, deep knowledge of satellite services, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.

What We're Looking For :
What You'll Do :
Develop and implement strategic account plans to align with overall business objectives and maximize revenue potential in the LEO and GEO satellite connectivity markets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all needs and inquiries.
Actively contribute to expanding the company's presence within the satellite connectivity industry.
Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform continuous improvement in products, services, and processes.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, including upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of partner / client initiatives and projects.
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Monitor account performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can balance immediate business needs with long-term growth strategies. You'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge satellite connectivity solutions while fostering trusted relationships with key partners and clients.
What You'll Need
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the satellite connectivity, telecommunications, or related industries.
Deep understanding of LEO and GEO satellite technologies, connectivity solutions, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform decision-making and improve business strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations to C-level executives.
Ability to understand and explain technical satellite connectivity solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
Experience working in international markets with an understanding of cultural nuances and global business practices.

Where You'll Work :
This role is based in Washington, D.C., surrounding areas , or anywhere on the East Coast of the United States with the flexibility to work remotely .
You'll collaborate with a globally dispersed team while having the autonomy to manage your responsibilities from your preferred East Coast location. This setup allows you to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across different time zones while maintaining a strong connection to the team.
