Job Location:    Fort Lauderdale Health Center - Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary Range:    $19.65 Hourly

Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY.
Report to work on time, meet with maintenance supervisor to discuss projects for the day. Perform all assigned work in a timely manner and close out work orders. Respond to facilities managers and supervisors with any emergencies that may arise during their normal shift.

Job Location -: 2421 A. SW6th Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315
Working hours -: Monday- Friday; 2 pm 10:00 pm
CLP -: 30 mins
 

Qualifications


SKILL-: Primary skill must be proficient in drywall patching and painting (75% of their work will be painting) They will be required to perform general maintenance work (20%) and other duties assigned (5%). Trade education a plus. Experience should be a minimum of 5 years.
