Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a proven ability to negotiate effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Position Summary
Qualified individual will be responsible for managing programs and project from start to end (90 days after SOP) including responsibility for project cost, timing and resources.

CAD 3D and 2D

In car knowledge, e.g. for Gap plans, fit and function etc.
APQP
· Tooling/ Fixtures and Gauges and Equipment
Coordination of development, built and changes
· Industrialization and Launch Management
· Documentation/Reporting/Tracking
Timelines
Status Reporting
Cost Tracking
LOPs and assignment tracking of points
Escalation of topics
· Supply Concepts
Packaging
Material Flow to and from plant
In house logistics
· Commercial Negotiations
· Cost Engineering
- Calculation of piece price including all relevant cost
- Calculation of development costs
- Calculation of tooling cost and investments

Qualifications
- Must be able to work on your own and take control of the project and complete in accurate time.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must follow all safety requirements.
- Be able to lift, bend, twist, walk and climb as required to perform the job.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass new hire exam and drug screening test.
- Must be willing to travel up to 30% domestic and international.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 3 to 5 years’ experience Project Managing and Program Management
- 3 to 5 years’ experience working in Automotive
