EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Account Executive for one of our partners that specializes in advanced electric vehicle charging infrastructure solutions. In this position, you will spearhead strategic sales initiatives for DC fast-charging technology while cultivating relationships with industry leaders, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and system integrators in the rapidly growing EV sector.

- Lead strategic sales initiatives and pipeline development for cutting-edge EV charging solutions, with a focus on direct sales to major stakeholders including OEMs, CPOs, and facility operators
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key industry players, including project developers, system integrators, and engineering firms within the EV charging ecosystem
- Create and maintain detailed sales forecasts while implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed revenue objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor monitoring and regulatory compliance assessment to shape business strategies
- Work closely with interdepartmental teams spanning product management, engineering, and operations to ensure optimal customer outcomes
- Serve as a company representative at industry events, customer sites, and major trade shows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in the EV charging industry
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales management experience with documented revenue growth year-over-year
- At least 1 year of specialized experience in DC Fast Charging or similar technical solution sales
- Advanced technical comprehension with excellent ability to explain complex solutions to diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven expertise in commercial agreement negotiation and RFP/RFI response management
- Comprehensive knowledge of the North American EV market and charging infrastructure ecosystem
- Self-motivated ability to identify and pursue market opportunities in a dynamic industry
