Your Impact
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee the company’s global accounts payable processes, including leading a team of AP specialists and ensuring seamless execution of all payable functions. The AP Manager will be responsible for managing the weekly payment process in alignment with cash forecasting needs, overseeing vendor credit card payments and annual 1099 filings, and ensuring accurate and timely corporate credit card reconciliations. Additionally, the AP Manager will manage the travel and entertainment (T&E) team and ensure cross-training within the AP team to address global payment needs.

Compensation: $65,000-75,000/DOE

DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Payable Operations
- Oversee end-to-end AP processes, ensuring accurate vendor payments and compliance with approvals and audit controls.
- Supervise AP teams in the US and India.
- Manage vendor credit card payments, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely AP accruals, month-end tasks, and annual 1099 reporting.
- Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Management
- Lead the T&E team, ensuring adherence to policies and accurate processing of expense reports.
- Oversee corporate credit card reconciliations and manage disputes or fraudulent transactions.
- Ensure timely handling of reimbursements and employee credit card deactivations.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the global AP and T&E teams, fostering collaboration and cross-training.
- Prepare performance reviews, manage KPIs, and support internal/external audits.
- Supervise Office Manager and Reception.
- Process Improvement & System Administration
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Streamline workflows and maintain up-to-date procedure documentation.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide cash flow forecasts, AP aging reports, and audit documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; however, equivalent work experience may be considered on a year to year basis.
- 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting function, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing global or cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and AP-related software
- Strong Excel skills (ability to use Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, X-Lookups)
- Strong knowledge of corporate credit card management and reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop a global team.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
