EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer for one of our partners that is at the forefront of EV charging infrastructure development. In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge electric vehicle charging station solutions while providing technical leadership across multiple projects and teams.

- Design and develop detailed construction documents and engineering specifications for EV charging infrastructure projects
- Lead multiple concurrent projects from concept through implementation
- Perform comprehensive technical analyses including feasibility studies, energy optimization, and power system coordination
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, specifications, and material selections
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance protocols
- Conduct power system coordination and arc flash hazard analysis
- Review shop drawings and manage RFPs, change orders, and project closeouts
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve electrical installation challenges
- Ensure code compliance and technical specification adherence
- Review architectural work as part of QA/QC program
- Establish and maintain production standards and best practices
- Perform site visits and field measurements
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 2-3 years of electrical design, planning, and construction services experience
- 1-2 years of EV field experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and industry standards
- Proficiency in power system analysis software (SKM, ETAP, or similar)
- Experience with low and medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Previous experience managing multiple complex projects
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
