This role leads and motivates the sales and marketing teams, develops innovative strategies and ensures sales objectives align with the company’s strategic and financial goals. The position will also manage key client relationships and work closely with leadership to ensure EGC’s services are positioned effectively in the marketplace. In addition, the VP is responsible for identifying unmet customer needs and assessing new service opportunities for the business.Responsibilities : Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Focus on new business development and identify new market opportunities.Lead the development, training, and execution of a consistent sales process to achieve alignment of customer needs with company service offerings.Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing trends and adjusting strategies to meet changing demands.Oversee use of CRM tool by Sales team to maximize utility and ensure accuracy of data.Prepare regular sales reports and analyses for review by senior management.Deliver sales presentations to key prospects / KOLs.Develop and implement a marketing strategy to assure that promotional material and marketing messaging effectively engages prospective customers, drives awareness and generates leads.Enhance EGC’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Develop, implement, and direct all SEO / Social / Digital / Direct awareness programs.Lead all public relations activities. Coordinate and supervise media / press initiatives, events, on / offline internal and external campaigns. Coordinate drafting of content spanning client success stories, video scripts / story boards, services descriptions.Develop and oversee client satisfaction metrics. Manage the entire client experience to ensure outstanding client satisfaction.Develop and implement annual staffing plans that achieve growth and customer satisfaction objectives for the business.Engage in frequent collaboration with senior management of all departments, including Scientific Consulting, Accounting & Compliance, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal.Qualifications : 10 years of sales, marketing, and communications experience in increasingly progressive roles, including 5 years of leadership experience.Exceptional track record in sales and marketing, preferably in professional services.Experience developing business and marketing strategies to reach a broad range of stakeholders.Proven ability to set strategic direction, drive growth and advance brand.Uses a data-driven approach to setting metrics and to inform decision-making.Excellent oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the company to external stakeholders.Track record of success in business development positions of increasing responsibility.Experience building and leading high-performance teams.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.Strong team player with the ability to work within a diverse professional team.Creative mindset with passion and drive to foster innovation in marketing, sales, and customer relations.About Eva Garland Consulting (EGC) : EGC specializes in providing comprehensive business services to high-growth technology companies.
