We are a growing progressive Medical Group in Orange County looking for an exclusive Workers’ Compensation Business Development and Marketing Professional, whose focus is in Physician Recruitment for Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and Subsequent Injuries Benefit Trusts Fund (SIBTF) Services.
We are looking for someone that has at least 5 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation Med-Legal field, with the ability to create and manage professional social media campaigns. This is a part-time to full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee the execution of SEO, social media, and multichannel marketing campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools to create compelling content and visuals.
- Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative marketing approaches.
