Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. This candidate will also be responsible for obtaining new event sponsors, and outreach to churches. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Duties
- Plan 4-5 events on a yearly basis - Anniversary Brunch, Bike N Hike, Auction, Volunteer Brunch, and possibly a new event
- Connect with evangelical Christian churches in order to share about our services
- Connect with current sponsors and work to obtain new event sponsors.
- Thank donors
Requirements:
Event planning experience, a Bachelors degree is preferred but will consider an Associates Degree, Agrees with ECFA’s Mission and Vision Statements, Agrees with and signs ECFA’s Statement of Faith, and Active participation in an evangelical Christian church.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
