What you will do as a Charge Nurse in the Evangelical Home :
- Lead and Support Nursing Staff – Supervise, mentor, and coordinate LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide Direct Patient Care – Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans – Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized, high-quality care.
- Ensure Compliance and Documentation – Maintain accurate records and adhere to state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Communicate with Families and Respond to Emergencies – Provide updates, address concerns, and handle urgent medical situations.
