Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensure from local bar association.
- 2-5 years of Law Firm Experience, preferably in probate, trust administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and detail oriented.
- Strong computer skills and competency.
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage probate and trust administration cases, including preparing and filing court documents, managing deadlines, and handling client communications.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings as necessary.
- Advise and assist clients with legal requirements related to the administration of estates and trusts.
- Work with beneficiaries, trustees, and fiduciaries to address estate and trust-related issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft court pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements as needed.
