We're seeking a motivated DSD Sales/Relief Driver to join our Northern California team, covering the Santa Rosa area. This position offers a starting salary of $68,400 annually with the opportunity to apply for a commissioned Route Sales role after 90 days
What You’ll Do
- Sell, deliver, and merchandise products to established customers.
- Build relationships with store managers to grow customer loyalty and sales.
- Manage inventory, rotate stock, and ensure displays are organized and well-stocked.
- Handle service calls, resolve customer issues, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Use handheld devices to process orders, manage customer data, and track inventory.
- Complete all required reports and paperwork accurately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (1 year of sales or DSD experience preferred).
- Clean DMV record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer/data entry and math skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Work early morning hours and drive extensively.
Salary : $68,400
