Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our company’s brand and services are visible and appealing to potential customers across multiple platforms. You will oversee digital marketing efforts, content creation, advertising, and lead generation to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Create and post engaging content daily on the company’s Facebook page.
- Update all pages of the company’s Google business profile with relevant posts.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Facebook and Google professionally.
- Watermark photos to maintain brand consistency and protect company visuals.
Weekly Tasks:
- Develop at least one engaging video ad per week for social media and the company website.
- Capture and edit drone footage of ongoing or completed projects.
- Film and edit customer testimonial videos to enhance brand credibility.
- Conduct and film employee interviews to showcase company culture and expertise.
- Create short videos highlighting products, materials, and equipment used in services.
Monthly Tasks:
- Design and create at least one new ad or flyer each month.
- Present ad materials for review and approval.
- Post roofing and siding services on Facebook Marketplace and keep listings updated.
- Develop and manage a monthly giveaway campaign to drive engagement and lead generation.
Annual Tasks:
- Organize and promote a large-scale giveaway event.
- Develop and maintain landing pages for the business to increase online visibility.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to maximize visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and high-quality service offerings.
- Optimize digital campaigns for lead generation and ROI improvement.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bring creative and innovative marketing ideas to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and online advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign success and optimize performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to fly a drone, have their own equipment, and be confident talking to clients.
