Are you a recent college graduate? No experience is necessary for this position, our team will provide training.
Have you previously worked in sales at a dealership and enjoy working with customers? As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll get the opportunity to learn about our sales process and work closely with customers to assist them with buying a vehicle.

Entry Level Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build strong network and consult during buying process to determine their needs and wants for a vehicle
- Be the vehicle expert and have a strong understanding of our product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Follow-up with buyers before and after purchase to ensure referral business
- Work with the Sales Managers and Customers throughout the buying experience
- Complete necessary paperwork to ensure smooth sales process
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Entry Level Automotive Sales Associates Qualifications
- Previous sales experience; dealership experience is a bonus
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Computer proficient with CRM portals
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
