- Organize and manage events, including meetings, conferences, and company functions.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up tasks.
- Vendor Management:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for event planning and office needs.
3. Project Support
3.1 Task Management
- Project Tracking:
- Assist in tracking and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the executive.
- Team Coordination:
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and departments.
4. Personal Assistance
4.1 Personal Tasks
- Personal Errands:
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the Ryan as needed, such as scheduling personal appointments.
- Confidential Matters:
- Manage sensitive personal information with discretion and confidentiality.
5. Communication and Reporting

- Quickbooks Data entry :
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of information and updates.
5.2 Reporting & Commissions
- Commission Tracking:
- Prepare monthly commission statements for all producers and account managers who are owed commissions (will work on getting you carrier access)
- Assist with Benelinx (Salesforce) data entry
