2.1 Administrative Support

  • Documentation:
  • Office Supplies:
  • Pick up Mail from office mailbox 

 

 

2.2 Event Planning

  • Event Coordination:
    • Organize and manage events, including meetings, conferences, and company functions.
    • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up tasks.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Liaise with vendors and service providers for event planning and office needs.

3. Project Support

3.1 Task Management

  • Project Tracking:
    • Assist in tracking and managing project timelines and deliverables.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the executive.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and departments.

4. Personal Assistance

4.1 Personal Tasks

  • Personal Errands:
    • Handle personal tasks and errands for the Ryan as needed, such as scheduling personal appointments.
  • Confidential Matters:
    • Manage sensitive personal information with discretion and confidentiality.

5. Communication and Reporting

5.1 Internal Communication

  • Quickbooks Data entry :
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely and accurate communication of information and updates.

5.2 Reporting & Commissions

  • Commission Tracking:
    • Prepare monthly commission statements for all producers and account managers who are owed commissions (will work on getting you carrier access)
    • Assist with Benelinx (Salesforce) data entry
