Job Responsibilities

Drywall Finishing:

• Hang, tape, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface
• Perform minor framing adjustments as needed
• Repair holes in walls or plaster using professional patching techniques

Painting:

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, priming, and repairing imperfections
• Paint ceilings, walls, trim, and other surfaces with precision
• Apply caulk and sealants for a polished finish
• Maintain clean, crisp lines and an even coat

General Duties:

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (7-10 hour shifts)
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to prevent safety hazards
• Ensure tools and materials are handled properly and stored correctly
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in drywall finishing and/or painting preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform overhead work
• Comfortable working on ladders and in small spaces
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform precise cuts/adjustments
• Workplace safety awareness, including safe use of tools (knives, saws, hammers, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (hot/cold, humid, dusty)
• Professional appearance – clean, non-torn clothing, well-groomed hair
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Uniforms & Tools Provided

• Uniform shirts and necessary protective gear provided (employees must provide their own pants and shoes)
• All necessary tools will be provided – no need to bring personal equipment

Work Schedule

• Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Occasionally, shifts may start as early as 6 AM or end as late as 5 PM, depending on project needs

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
