Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Responsibilities
- Providing customers with a professional, high value experience
- Prepare personalized insurance quotes, overcome objections, and close sales while providing extraordinary customer service.
- Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
- Maintain accurate customer records, bookkeeping logs, and insurance sales databases to report progress toward monthly goals
- Commit to a continued education in property & casualty insurance protocols and coverage requirements
Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Qualifications
- Candidates must have and maintain a relevant P&C insurance license
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills
- Stellar interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, and customer service skills are needed
Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Compensation
Base salary uncapped commissions for new policies, renewals and rewrites.
