Evans Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Quick Lube Manager to join our team. As the Quick Lube Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our quick lube department and ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong technical background in automotive maintenance and repair, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the express lube department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of oil changes, filter replacement, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services.
- Train and develop a team of lube technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts, supplies, and equipment necessary for the express lube department.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, inventory levels, and customer information.
- Collaborate with other departments managers to optimize service operations and improve overall business performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.88 - $16.74 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 45 per week
