Evans Toyota is expanding the Business Development Center in the Service Departments. We are currently seeking an individual to join our growing team.
A Business Development Representative is responsible for contacting and communicating with customers to identify their automotive needs.
The successful candidate possesses the following:

- Must be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen

- Previous call center or sales experience
- Ability to hit call targets
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
