Essential Functions
The typical work environment is fast-paced and moderately quiet. Regular use of office equipment is expected, including computer, fax machines, and telephone. Employees may be required to lift on occasion up to 10 pounds. This position is required to sit at a workstation for up to 8 hours a day.

Essential Functions
- Tracking and Tracing covered shipments for CP
- Respond to carrier inquiries and provide updates in a timely manner
- Utilize our TMS (Mercury Gate) software, and other tools for accurate systems update and timely delivery
- Provide excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers/carriers
- All other duties that may be reasonably assigned.
- Enrolled in an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, with a 2024 or early 2025 graduation date.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to read, write, type and speak English fluently is a requirement of this position.
