Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled RN for our 5 North Searle MS/Tele unit, where you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to patients on 5 North Searle, focusing on delivering exceptional patient experiences and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and problem-solve to meet complex patient needs
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Clinical Expertise: Stay current with best practices in telehealth and emergency response through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- Illinois RN licensure
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical-Surgical Tele RN or comparable role
- Valid BLS certification
- Demonstrated ability to analyze dysrhythmias and respond effectively in emergencies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
