Job Description: We are currently hiring a skilled MS/Tele RN to join our team on 5 North Searle, where you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, focusing on delivering exceptional patient experiences and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes Work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve common goals - <> Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills in telehealth and emergency response
Requirements:
- Illinois RN licensure
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical-Surgical Tele RN or similar role
- Valid BLS certification
- Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias, as well as respond effectively in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
