About Us:
We are a locally owned coffee shop in Evanston, IL, looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. If you’re passionate about coffee, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a dynamic team, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, and brewed coffee.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and prompt service to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and countertops.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
