What are the responsibilities and job description for the Runner/In-seat Server position at Evansville Baseball Concessions LLC.?
Job Summary:
In charge of taking mobile orders at assigned concession standing and making sure they are prepared correctly. Once prepared, in charge of taking the order to the customer in one of the field boxes or premium seating areas.
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive and record orders that come in through the IPad on Catch Mobile
- Retrieve and ensure quality and accuracy of food/beverage in a timely manner once the order is received.
- Assist field boxes and premium seats to anywhere they need to go if asked.
- Check identification of potential customer if they are receiving alcoholic beverages
- Adhere to the laws and regulations put forth by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend English language to fulfill orders by customers.
- Ability to navigate Catch Mobile used to take orders.
- Ability to do quick and efficient math.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours.
- Ability to carry several items at a time.
- Must be able to walk long distances and be nimble on your feet.
