JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Barista, you’ll create more than just coffee. In this role, you will:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages with skill and precision.
- Engage with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing friendly service.
- Operate the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Keep the coffee bar stocked with supplies, from beans to syrups.
- Assist with inventory management and daily cash handling.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for a passionate and personable coffee lover who enjoys making people’s day better. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as brewing methods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible schedule, with availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
