The Lot Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by picking up and delivering customers vehicles from their work or home. Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles for customers and staff, ensuring proper handling at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing vehicles as needed.
- Assist with vehicle delivery to customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure efficient operations and timely vehicle movement.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and any issues that may arise.
- Support other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in valet parking, delivery driving, or within a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving vehicles.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
