What You’ll Do:

As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our offices running smoothly, contributing directly to our mission of helping individuals and communities thrive. You'll play a key role in managing office operations, coordinating events, and communicating across other locations and departments. Job Type: Full-Time Salaried Exempt

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually

Schedule: Monday through Friday, office hours 7:30am-4:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends for special events as needed

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the management of the office environment, including serving as the welcoming face at headquarters, ensuring communication across all locations, maintaining office supply inventory, and ensuring headquarters are presentable and professional.
  • Develop and manage the event rental space program, coordinate client scheduling and organization of events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist Safety/HR with reviewing camera footage for workplace investigations, provide remote guidance with reception duties at partner locations, and coordinate cleaning and other vendor services.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in office management or a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
