Your responsibilities will include supervising and engaging with children during play, assisting with meals and snacks, helping with hygiene routines, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of each child.

- Building Connections: Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a supportive and inclusive community
- Maintaining Organization: Keep the childcare area clean, organized, and safe, ensuring a positive experience for all
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to supporting families in achieving their educational goals
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities and experiences
- Flexibility to part-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is a plus, but not required; we value passion, dedication, and a willingness to learn
