Responsibilities – Product Specialist:
- Welcome customers with energy and enthusiasm while creating a welcoming environment
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate Harley-Davidson motorcycles and their features
- Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and insurance options
- Stay up-to-date with Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and events
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications – Product Specialist:
- Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Don't have your motorcycle endorsement? We pay for your training with our award-winning Riding Academy!
- Positive, driven, and helpful
- Professional appearance
- Able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling
- Basic social media experience
- Must pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, and drug screening)
