- Maintain student demographics in the corporation’s student information system.
- Answer phone inquiries, take messages, and route calls.
- Distribute mail for counseling department.
- Schedule appointments for counselors.
- Type, prepare, and distribute records and reports related to counseling functions.
- Process, organize and accurately maintain student records.
- Cross train with secreaties in the school office and serve as backup as needed.
- Present a pleasant, helpful attitude toward staff, students, parents, and visitors and respond to inquiries.
