- Own the admissions process: Schedule and lead campus tours, info sessions, and open houses. Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Support student success from day one: Help students clarify goals, address enrollment barriers, and coordinate orientation and scheduling with the broader team.
- Build partnerships and represent the Institute: Cultivate relationships with local schools and community organizations. Attend college fairs and recruitment events to promote our programs.
- Drive results and meet metrics: Maintain high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment, manage pipeline reporting, and meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
You’re a great fit if you...
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or a customer-facing role
- Are passionate about helping others achieve their goals—especially those from underserved communities
- Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Understand compliance and care deeply about accuracy and ethical representation
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately
- Enjoy working on a collaborative team where innovation and accountability go hand-in-hand
