We’re looking for an Admissions Representative to join this exciting new chapter—someone who is passionate about helping others succeed and thrives in a high-impact, student-centered environment.

As our Admissions Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students—guiding them through every step of their enrollment journey, from first inquiry to program start.

You’ll represent the mission of Evara Health in every interaction, helping students overcome barriers and access the education they need to build lasting, meaningful careers in healthcare.

What you’ll do

• Connect with prospective students: Respond to inquiries, conduct interviews, assess program fit, and support candidates in completing their application materials.
• Own the admissions process: Schedule and lead campus tours, info sessions, and open houses. Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Support student success from day one: Help students clarify goals, address enrollment barriers, and coordinate orientation and scheduling with the broader team.
• Build partnerships and represent the Institute: Cultivate relationships with local schools and community organizations. Attend college fairs and recruitment events to promote our programs.
• Drive results and meet metrics: Maintain high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment, manage pipeline reporting, and meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

• Bring 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student services, or a customer-facing role
• Are passionate about helping others achieve their goals—especially those from underserved communities
• Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Understand compliance and care deeply about accuracy and ethical representation
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately
• Enjoy working on a collaborative team where innovation and accountability go hand-in-hand
