About This Role :
The Assistant Vice President of IT is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of informatics solutions to enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and technological innovation. This onsite position will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive the integration of informatics into enterprise-wide IT systems to support business objectives. The AVP of IT will manage the Informatics team including Business Intelligence, Telehealth / RPM and Electronic Health Record (EHR) staff, providing support services to the organization. In conjunction with the Chief Information Officer, manages special projects such as integration of acquisitions and new partner organizations, automation of business processes utilizing advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and implementation of new Epic modules and functionality.

What you'll Do :
Manages business intelligence activities and team members, ensuring the management, operational, and clinical teams have access to the data necessary to effectively run the organization.
Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies to automate business processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads in collaboration with department leaders and staff.
Oversee teams supporting Telehealth, RPM, and Electronic Health systems, ensuring high availability and accessibility for staff and patients.
Assist the CIO in integrating acquisitions and / or new clinical partnerships to ensure seamless technological transitions.
Stay current with industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
